Reimbursement: Customers receive 100 % of the purchase price, excluding non-refundable charges such as payment processing, registration, or inspection fees.
Price Cap: Refunds are limited to 104 % of the current national wholesale market average for the vehicle at the time of purchase.
Eligible Buyers: Applies only to retail and dealer buyers located within Australia purchasing vehicles from our verified stock.
Eligible Vehicles
To qualify for a return, the vehicle must meet all of the following criteria:
Condition: Must be free of any new structural damage or major mechanical faults.
Minimum Sale Value: Vehicles must have a sale price of $1,000 or higher.
Eligible Inventory: Passenger cars, SUVs, utes, light commercial vehicles, and trucks that have passed our inspection process.
Condition of Sale: Vehicles sold “As Is” still qualify for return if all policy requirements are met.
Return Terms & Conditions
Return Period & Usage Limits
The 15-day return period begins once the vehicle is delivered. The vehicle becomes ineligible for return if it exceeds:
200 kilometres of travel, or
any modifications performed after delivery.
Return Process
Contact our sales team within 15 days of receiving your vehicle. Our staff will provide full instructions and confirm eligibility under the policy.
Shipping & Inspection
Return Shipping:Automotive Solution Plus PTY LTD arranges and covers return transport only through approved carriers. Inspection: Returned vehicles must be in their original condition with no additional wear, damage, or alterations. Restocking Fees: A fee may apply if damage or modifications are discovered during inspection.
Refund Process
Once the vehicle passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking charges.
Exclusions
This policy does not apply to brand-new or custom-ordered vehicles.
